Criteria for Recipient:
- must be
or have been an active trapshooter of registered targets demonstrates positive
enthusiasm for the sport of trapshooting and its participants.
- has
promoted the sport of trapshooting through any tangible means (eg. organizing,
volunteering, coaching, officiating, attracting new participants, donating
prizes, trophies, etc.)

demonstrates sportsmanlike behaviour
-
competitive scores are not mandatory
- exudes
the "enjoyment" aspect of trapshooting
- as a
selfless ambassador of the sport of trapshooting
- has made
trapshooting more enjoyable for others
- no person
can win more than once

presented to recipient at yearly AGM

Criteria
for Recipient
To be
awarded annually by the OPTA for the most improved doubles average by an
Ontario shooter over the previous year.
A minimum
of 500 doubles targets must have been shot in each of the current and previous
years in Ontario.
Shooters
must submit a doubles shooter profile from the ATA records for the current and
previous years.
A shooter
of record with an abnormally low previous years’ average will not be eligible
to compete for this award.
Shooter
profiles must be submitted to the OPTA by October 31st for
consideration.
THE AWARD
- Each recipient will receive a plaque
or belt buckle which will be presented at the Annual General Meeting.

The Ontario target requirements must include
the 400 championship targets, the Ontario targets must be shot at least two (2)
Ontario clubs to meet Ontario Target requirements, and League Targets will not
be considered for target average requirements
